This dealer was awesome. I brought them my concern, they were able to book an appointment within 2 days and had my vehicle fixed within a day. My car was washed and vacuumed upon arrival. All was great! Thank you Rhonda for keeping me informed and making it all happen.

Great location and great ppl . I recommend this location to anyone wanting a smooth and easy transaction . Skip Richmond location as those guys are nothing be unprofessional. Harpartap Singh is very attending and knowledgeable, I recommend using him for any questions and service appointments if you own a Range Rover already .

My experience with the service department has been exceptional. I am extremely surprised as with other car brands that I have dealt with the past, it always felt as they had the interest of the dealership in mind rather than the customer. Land Rover in Langley has been the exact opposite. I dont know if I got lucky with the location but I've only had positive experiences. I've dealt with both Rhonda and Colin, and I have to commend them both. Both Rhonda and Colin were straight to the point, which I appreciated and was transparent throughout the entire encounter. As a recent Land Rover owner, I am extremely pleased with the service department at the Langley location.

Fantastic experience! In many (many) years of personal car purchases, this is by far the most professional, courteous and friendly dealership I've dealt with. The whole team were exceptionally easy to do business with, and I will give a special shout out to my sales person - Harjinder Sangha - knowledgeable, thoughtful and made the whole process a pleasure. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle.

Very Helpful

Did not originally know about this location, as the one that originally came up on my Google search was the location in downtown Vancouver. I was able to get a brand new F-Pace model with all the options for the same price that the downtown Jaguar was selling their demo model that had 9,000 kms on.

The salesperson that I dealt with was Masi and he was very helpful with finding the best value for options/year/model. I found the staff to be helpful despite being exceptionally busy and I will likely return in the future or refer to others.

I recommend trying this dealership if you are looking for a Range Rover or Jaguar, as there is a large selection and the pricing was slightly better as well.
