You can rely on our roadside assistance, whatever the situation, wherever you happen to be in Canada, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All we ask is that your Jaguar is under warranty. If your warranty has expired, assistance is still available for a charge.
Quickly At Your Service
We will take your vehicle to a Jaguar Authorized Retailer. If your vehicle still can’t be repaired quickly, we organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 80 kilometres from home, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.*
Getting In Touch
Our Operations Center is staffed by experienced professionals. And it’s open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For assistance, call 1-800-4-JAGUAR (800-452-4827).
When you call, we’ll ask you for:
- Your name
- Your location
- Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- A brief description of the incident
- A contact telephone number
If your Jaguar has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
*All elements of Jaguar Roadside Assistance are available while your Jaguar New Vehicle Limited Warranty is in effect. Jaguar Warranty and Service Coverage applies to all Canadian specification vehicles retailed by Authorized Jaguar Retailers in Canada.
