I recently had to drop my Range Rover off for a software upgrade. This was my first visit to Jaguar Land Rover in Langley. I was very happy with the whole experience. The building itself is inviting, free coffee etc. and Ruth Sanjana who was my service advisor was so friendly and helpful and made the experience wonderful for me, she even found me a loaner Rover for the few hours I had to wait. Also they provide you with a detailed inspection report including a video which I thought was a really nice touch. The free wash and interior clean was also a nice addition to my service experience. I will definitely return for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

Amazing Experience! Had a fantastic experience at Jaguar Land Rover Langley with my used car purchase! Karn and Brian were super helpful throughout the entire process. Karn was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Brian also supported me with everything I needed on the financing side. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality vehicle and great service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Land Rover Langley for a service appointment on my Defender, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional team that assisted me. Raymon, the General Manager, clearly fosters a customer-first environment, and it shows in every aspect of the service. Arvir, the service technician, did an outstanding job maintaining my vehicle, ensuring it stayed in pristine, brand-new condition. Rhonda took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, and even arranged my transportation, making the experience smooth and stress-free. However, the standout for me was Preet, the Service Coordinator. Her customer service skills and positive attitude truly set her apart. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Preet’s dedication to providing exceptional service makes her an invaluable asset to the team, and her professionalism is something I will remember for years to come. Also if you would like to buy and Land Rover vehicle I would highly recommend Jax as he is experienced and knows how to find a vehicle for your needs. This entire team is a credit to Land Rover Langley!

I recently purchased a new to me Range Rover from a different dealership. I purchased an aftermarket warranty through JLR and they were amazing to deal with from the service to sales. Shortly after driving home after picking up my new vehicle my engine light came on and JLR booked me in the following day to diagnose it and fixed it. Their service is phenomenal and their communication is outstanding for such a large dealership. The experience overall has been so pleasurable and know I will be coming back in for future services so I am happy to have this first interaction so enjoyable!
